IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Over the years, both Hotfoil and Electric Heating Systems have become market leaders.

Hotfoil in the field of pipe tracing, tank heating, fly ash hopper heating and freeze protection of coal handling systems, with custom designed temperature control systems using electro-mechanical thermostats, electronic controllers, etc. for classified hazardous and non hazardous areas.

Electric Heating Systems in the field of high efficiency ceramic heaters, power consoles, power sources, high temperature insulation blankets, furnaces to 2000deg F, etc., for preheating and stress relieving of pipes and vessels in the power and chemical industry.

Under the same ownership, both have effectively grown to occupy world wide recognition in their individual areas of expertise.

To strengthen our new forward looking approach, it has been decided to combine both companies into one entity. The new company will be known as Hotfoil-EHS, Inc., and each will compliment the other for a combined, collective growth.

There will be no management or personnel changes envisioned in either company.
